            Summary: By using the MCRBox iOS app, you agree to use it responsibly, pay for your subscription through the Apple App Store, and understand that we provide the software "as is" for professional video production.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MCRBox iOS application ("App") from the Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MCRBox is a professional live video production application that enables:

Multi-source video switching
Live streaming to various platforms
Graphics overlay and compositing
Hardware-accelerated encoding

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin.

3.2 Subscription Plans

Monthly: Billed monthly at the current rate
Yearly: Billed annually at a discounted rate

3.3 Billing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Ensure you have rights to stream content you broadcast
Not use the App to infringe on others' intellectual property
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Comply with all applicable streaming platform terms of service

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by MCRBox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or stream using the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MCRBOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data or content
Service interruptions
Failed or dropped streams

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MCRBox operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
